Clear information about how Display Quick handles data, modifies device settings, and the rules that apply when using the app.

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 27 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Display Quick (package com.quickdisplay.controls) handles information when you use the Android application. Display Quick is provided by Intellignt Phool (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Summary

The current version of Display Quick does not create user accounts, display advertising, include analytics or tracking SDKs, or transmit user data to us or third parties. The app has no Android internet permission. Its preferences and automation settings are stored locally on your device.

2. Information stored on your device

To provide its features, the app may save the following information in its private Android app storage:

This is functional configuration data. It remains on the device and is not sent to us by the current app version.

3. Android permissions and special access

Modify system settings: Android requires you to explicitly grant this special access before Display Quick can change screen timeout, screen brightness, brightness mode, or rotation settings. This access does not allow the app to read your files, photos, messages, passwords, contacts, or browsing history. You can revoke it at any time in Android Settings.

Run after device startup: The app receives Android’s boot-completed signal so it can restore or reschedule display automations that you enabled. It does not use this signal to collect or transmit personal data.

Quick Settings and widget: Android may host the optional Display Quick tile and widget. Their actions change the settings you select and use locally stored preferences.

4. Data collection, sharing, and selling

We do not collect, share, rent, or sell personal information through the current version of Display Quick. We do not use the app for behavioral advertising, cross-app tracking, or user profiling.

5. Third-party services

The current app does not integrate third-party advertising, analytics, social-login, cloud-storage, or payment SDKs. Android and Google Play may process information independently under their own terms and privacy policies when you download, install, update, review, or manage the app.

6. Retention and deletion

Local app preferences remain until you clear Display Quick’s storage, uninstall the app, or reset individual settings. Because we do not receive this local information, we cannot access or delete it remotely. Use Android Settings > Apps > Display Quick > Storage > Clear storage, or uninstall the app, to remove it.

7. Security

Display Quick relies on Android’s application sandbox and permission system to protect locally stored configuration. No method of storage is guaranteed to be perfectly secure, but the app is designed to keep its functional settings on the device.

8. Children’s privacy

Display Quick is a general utility and is not directed specifically to children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users. If the app’s audience or data practices change, this policy will be updated as required.

9. International data transfers

The current app does not transmit user data to us, so we do not perform international transfers of app user data.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when app features, permissions, legal requirements, or data practices change. We will revise the effective date above and make the updated policy available at the same public location. Material changes may also be communicated through the app or store listing when appropriate.
